Surrounded by water and greenery, Ukimafunado is the perfect healing spot

A mere 13 minutes away from Ikebukuro and 17 minutes from Shinjuku, in the beautiful and greenery area of Ukima-funado, a new Social Apartment is born. Ukimafunado Station is served by the Saikyō Line which runs between Ōsaki in Tokyo and Ōmiya in Saitama Prefecture, giving you access to all Central Tokyo very easily. The Saikyō Line stops at most of the biggest stations in Central Tokyo; Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ebisu and Oimachi.

Ukimafunado's area offers beautiful greenery with the Arakawa River running nearby, and its famous Ukima Park (Ukima-Koen in Japanese), a park celebrated for its large pond where it's possible to fish, it's iconic windmill, but also its Cherry Blossom viewing in spring. Perfect spot for some amazing Hanami. On the first Sunday of every month, a flea market is also held at the entrance square of the Park with about 80 different shops.

Nearby, you'll also find the Shingashi Sanchome Park, which is a popular spot for Sport enthusiasts with many jogging tracks located around and inside the park, several tennis courts and even a baseball field.

The 79㎡ lounge comes with a large community table and cozy booth seating. You have plenty of seating options depending on whether you're having a quick meal alone, or with a big group. On top of that, we wanted to include a relaxation space where people can empty their mind on an hammock and an hanging chair, giving you the impression of literally floating on water.

Each private room is between 14.16㎡ to 15㎡, including a large closet and balcony. The rooms have a bright sunny feeling to them so even with just a little bit of sunlight your room will feel bright and inviting.
