I found this place on Google when I looked for a place to live in Japan.
I come from France, I did not have any experience with the Japanese renting system. At first, I did not look at the apartment in particular, I looked more at the location. The place is great, close to stations and great shops, easy to access.
SA people were amazing, I did not have any Japanese speaking skills, but they spoke with me in English and explained to me everything I had to know about renting (insurance, water, gas, electricity companies, city hall registration).
In the common areas, I met Japanese and foreign people, I could try to speak in Japanese and have the chance to communicate with them in English. We rapidly became friends and shared a lot of great experiences. We had cooking contested, holiday parties, we did hanami in a park close by, and we looked at Hanabi on the building's rooftop.
My only regret was not staying in the common area as much as I wanted due to my work schedule.
Even if I knew I would have to move out in less than 2 years in this place, it was the greatest start I can imagine in Japan.
Feeling welcomed by friendly people is fantastic.
Even the moving out procedure was very simple and well explained by SA.
For short or long term, for foreigners and/or people who want to share and make friends, it's the perfect place.

Living in a social apartment is a wonderful way to live in Japan, to share great moments, activities and discover new friends. For foreigners people it can be quite difficult to meet new people or friends, so this is a huge opportunity to discover Japaneses communities and open-minded people.
