It is easy to imagine residents cooking at one of the many island kitchen stations, playing pool, or eating at one of the adjacent booths or tall countertop tables located towards the back of the spacious 150m² lounge while chatting with other residents who have just returned home from work.

The large pool table in the lounge is adjacent to dining tables and booth seats. Invite your fellow residents to play a game and it will surely lead to some lively competitions and great conversations.

- Multi-purpose Room -

The theater room features an enormous 120 inches screen. This is a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and just kick back and enjoy a movie.
OUR TIPS: Move away the furniture and the studio becomes an excellent space for Yoga, Dance training or Workout.

The 40m² working lounge is an awesome place to hunker down and concentrate on your work. Enjoy free Wi-Fi and power throughout this library-like space.
