The shared portion of the property centers around the amazing 70 square meter lounge and open kitchen. A 60inch LCD display, along with a PS4, a WII U and a Blue-ray player are available anytime for tenants to enjoy, socialize or just cool off after an hard day at work.

You’ll also find everything you need in the kitchen to enjoy a nice dinner at home. We want our tenants to feel as comfortable as possible, that’s why we provide them with only the best high-grade appliances! For people who wants to cook a nice pie at home, you’ll find a large oven called “Healsio” (A popular brand in Japan that can cook without oil). For coffee lover, a professional Espresso Machine where your can use your own coffee beans to brew the best coffee is also at your disposal. And of course you’ll also find microwaves, toasters, shared French Brand “Le Creuset” tableware… As in any of our Social Apartment, just bring your own fork and you are ready to move-in!

On the fifth floor’s roof terrace, you’ll be greeted by stunning views of Inokashira Park. Start your day with yoga under the wide open sky, or spend your evening gazing up at the stars from a spectacular vista that you can share with your fellow residents.
