The movie theater at Films Wako is unlike any other theater that you might find at theater rooms in other share houses because this theater provides an authentic home cinema experience that actually rivals going to a commercial movie theater. We have made the dream of having a cinema at your home a conceptual reality.

The theater room is larger than 40㎡ giving tenants ample space to kick back, relax and watch the show. We have created a complete cinema experience by installing more than 20 industry standard cinema chairs, just like the ones you movie lovers are familiar with. Just connect your portable electronic device to watch any of your favorite video content on the big screen. For those who have longed to showcase their own work on the big screen, you can at the Films Wako theater.

We live in a digital age where anyone can enjoy films and videos in the comfort of their own home. However, Social Apartment is now providing a new way to watch your favorite films in the privacy of your own home without losing the impact of having a real cinema experience.

Films Wako is one of our larger properties with 123 rooms and features multiple fulfilling and spacious facilities to accommodate all of the residents.

The main lounge space is a staggering 120㎡, showcasing a kitchen counter that resembles a box office. There's huge sofas with great views of the courtyard so you can enjoy deep conversation with your friends and fellow tenants or just work comfortably in solitude.
