Prioritizing harmony with nature, a place where people and nature can interact in a relaxing environment has been born in Nerima.

Located only ten minutes from Hoya station, access to the city from Social Apartment Hoya is easy. It’s only a 16 minute ride to Ikebukuro on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line, with further access to Shinjuku, Shibuya and more via the Fukutoshin Line. Even better, it’s also easy to reach Kichijoji and Mitaka by bus, giving you access to not only the Ikebukuro area, but all of Western Tokyo.

One garden - a place to gather nature

The design concept for Social Apartment Hoya is “One Garden”
In keeping with this design theme, using terracotta tiles and sunlight, the bright terrace and the lounge are seamlessly connected, creating an open atmosphere of unity and harmony between indoors and outdoors. The interior makes use of natural color tones, along with plants to create a place where one can feel at home with nature.

The lounge is a place where you can feel the light breeze coming from the terrace as you relax. On the other hand, the 3 meter long table in the kitchen allows for a lively atmosphere. In the inner room with the grass like carpet, there is also a large sofa where you can relax after eating. Alternatively, unwind in the provided rocking chairs on the outside terrace, all while enjoying the soothing scent of fresh herbs from the nearby garden. It provides a nice place where you can enjoy your morning coffee, a refreshing lunch, or an evening barbecue.

A tight-knit community of well-known faces

All 28 of the 12.15㎡ rooms have great natural light. With plenty of space, your own room can become your refuge from the cares of the day, while the bright and inviting lounge is a great place to gather with others. With only 28 rooms, Hoya is one of the smaller Social Apartments, but this results in a small community of well-known friends that truly comes to feel like a home. We invite you to experience life in a small community, where everybody can get to know one another, and time alone or with friends can be leisurely spent.
