With sprawling floor-to-ceiling windows all along the right-hand wall, the lounge of Oizumigakuen feels bright and open, the perfect place to retreat and unwind after a day spent in Tokyo's many cramped spaces. The obligatory big-screen TV is accompanied by extremely comfortable leather sofas and is of course equipped with all of the latest in entertainment devices, including a PS4 and Wii U. The common dining area's large community table is the perfect place to eat dinner with friends, while the smaller side tables and booth seating are ideal for grabbing a quick bite for yourself and having a nice chat over coffee. The wide open kitchen has plenty of counter space for your cooking endeavors, and the open counter makes cooking a meal for social than ever.

When you first walk into the entrance lobby of Social Apartment Oizumigakuen, your eye is quickly drawn to its centerpiece mural (a gentle reminder for residents and guests about the importance of neighborly behavior), and the accompanying pool table. With an open and inviting atmosphere, this is a great gateway to your social living experience.

- Working Lounge -

The working lounge is equipped with plenty of seats, each with their own outlet for those late nights studying or working from home. With dedicated group tables as well, even group projects have a dedicated space to focus and produce your best results.

- Rooftop Terrace -

The large, open rooftop area is a great place to get outdoors without straying too far from home. Come up, and catch some rays in the summer, or have a meal in next to the changing leaves in Autumn. The rooftop is a perfect place to change things up and experience the quaint charm of the Oizumi area.
