Steps to move in
1. Application and screening
If you like the apartment you see, you can apply on the spot. Once your application is complete, we will keep a room for you and move on to the move-in screening process. Depending on the situation, the screening will be completed in 3-4 days.

Once you pass the screening and your room is ready, we will issue an invoice for the initial fee. Please pay by bank transfer by the due date. The contract is an “online contract”, so all you need is a smartphone or a PC to complete the contract procedures, and you will be able to review the contract and watch a video about living in a social apartment.

Move-in preparation unique to social apartments
Preparation for moving in to a Social Apartment may be easier than moving in in general, but there are some things that are unique to Social Apartment that we will introduce.
Move-in preparation
Our shared spaces are fully furnished with essential furniture and appliances, including a laundry machine(washer/dryer), so you won't need to bring your own washing machine. However, most of our private rooms come unfurnished (only equipped with air conditioning and a closet), so we ask that you bring your own items such as a bed, lighting, curtains, refrigerator, and anything else you'll need for your personal space.
Also, for properties with shared bathrooms and kitchens, you won't need to set up individual utility services like electricity, water, and gas. Internet access is also included in the management fee and is available without any additional setup. Please note that the rooms are equipped with wired LAN; if you wish to use Wi-Fi, please prepare your own Wi-Fi router.
*There are some properties that require tenants to complete the procedure for opening the tap and internet by themselves.
What you should have! Things to bring that are unique to social apartments
Although you can prepare your belongings after you move in, it is recommended that you prepare some useful items that are unique to social apartments before you move in👍.
- Slippers or sandals: If you are moving into a property where you have to take off your shoes at the entrance, it is convenient to have slippers for indoor use. If your property is a dirt floor property, sandals will be more comfortable.
- Laundry bag: useful for moving between your room and the laundry.
- Basket for shampoo, etc.: If the bathroom is a shared type, you will need to bring your own shampoo and body soap from your room.
- Key case: Since you will be using a shared area, you will be leaving your room more often. A secure key case will reduce the risk of losing it.
- Rice cooker: There is no rice cooker in the common area, so if you want to cook rice, please prepare your own rice cooker.
Check the “Neighborland”, application for Social Apartment residence
After you receive your key, you will be able to use “Neighborland,” an app exclusively for social apartment tenants. You can use various services such as message function among tenants, flea market, SA PAY, and so on. Particularly recommended as preparation for moving in is the ability to view residents' profiles. You can find out in advance what kind of people live there. If you enhance your own profile as well, you will be able to communicate more smoothly.
