What’s SOCIAL APARTMENT?

COLUMN

How Social Apartment is different from Share house.
As a concept though, the primary purpose of Social Apartments is to create spaces for interaction, communication, and developing relationships. While one of the main concerns that most people have is the lack of privacy in a shared apartment, we meticulously design our properties to have the perfect blend of private space and public interaction. Starting from the stylish designer lounges, we strive to provide residents have a variety of amenities to bring more fulfilling social interactions to their lives. Because the facilities provided, and the concept implemented at each property are ever so slightly different, the type of community that springs up is dependent on the property to an extent.

About SAGANO-LINE Nijo

OUTLINE
Kyoto City is the capital of Kyoto Prefecture and once flourished as the capital of Japan. Many historical buildings still exist, making it a popular city visited not only by Japanese tourists but also by tourists from all over the world. Kyoto City is one of the three major cities in the Kansai region, and along with Kyoto, Osaka, and Kobe, it has developed not only as a tourist center but also as a commercial center. While traditional old folk houses and quaint buildings are preferred as places to live, there are also an increasing number of buildings that incorporate modern styles, and people are looking for a fusion of old and new. Kyoto City has roads running directly east-west and north-south, and the streets are shaped like a checkerboard, so famous that there is a song called ``Kyoto Street Name Counting Song''. Each area has its own characteristics, such as the Oike/Karasuma area located in a business district, the Kawaramachi area with many tourists, the Nishinokyo area with many students and families, the Nijo Castle area with convenient living, and the Marutamachi area with a relatively calm lifestyle. Many people choose to live in this city by looking for their favorite area.

Kyoto is a city with a unique charm, and once you fall in love with it, it's a city so full of charm that you won't want to leave Kyoto.
People tend to think of it as a tourist destination with lots of temples and lots of foreigners, but if you go a little off the street, you'll find a quiet street.
You can feel the atmosphere of Kyoto. In addition to the old-fashioned atmosphere typical of Kyoto, the city's fashion-conscious atmosphere, with shops and buildings incorporating the latest trends, is impressive.
I get the impression that many people living in Kyoto work near Kyoto City, and relatively few people commute from Osaka-Kobe. After all, the city of Kyoto itself is attractive, and I think there are many people who seek food, clothing, and shelter in Kyoto.
I often hear people say that this is a city they would like to live in at least once in their life, so if you are interested, I recommend that you take the plunge and try living in the Kyoto area. - Neighbors Nijo Castle Sales Representative (30s, male)
